Keuka: local delivery, transfer options and dual awards are different pathways

Model, partners and years

Keuka's January 23, 2020 announcement described a Management program with UEF in Ho Chi Minh City offering a home-campus completion option after three years, and a planned dual-degree Management program with VNU International School in Hanoi. It reported more than 8,800 overseas graduates since 2003 across its international programs, not Vietnam alone. Keuka announcement. Last verified: October 21, 2026.

UEF's February 15, 2026 Vietnamese program page describes instruction in English and an award issued by Keuka. A separate VNU-IS 2025 admissions document lists Management as jointly awarded by VNU and Keuka. Do not merge these award structures. UEF program page; VNU-IS 2025 admissions document. Scale and implementation evidence

A VNU-IS account reports a meeting with dual-degree students expected to transfer to Keuka in January 2026. This documents a planned transfer cohort, not verified arrival or completion. VNU-IS account. Last verified: October 21, 2026.

Why it worked — interpretation

The design lesson is flexibility in where students study, paired with clarity about the award. A US institution should document each pathway separately, including students who remain in Vietnam.

Limits

Current Vietnam-wide headcount, graduation rates, approvals, transfer completion and financial sustainability are unverified. A 2026 VNU-IS notice describes a Keuka-issued program, which requires reconciliation with the separately advertised dual-degree route before publication. 2026 notice.
