Briefing requests
We collect the name, institutional role, institution, email and Vietnam context you submit to respond to your request and prepare the conversation. Your request is emailed to a USVN senior advisor through Resend. Please do not submit confidential agreements, student records or sensitive personal information.
Policy Alerts and the factsheet
Policy Alerts requires your explicit consent. Resend stores the email address and subscription preference used to provide the alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an alert.
The factsheet form uses your email to deliver the requested download when it becomes available. Joining Policy Alerts is a separate, optional choice. Submitting an email does not make an unapproved factsheet available.
Service providers and technical information
Cloudflare hosts this site and runs its form handlers; Resend processes email delivery and subscription preferences. These providers process request information to operate their services. Our form handler temporarily counts requests by network address to limit abuse; it does not create a permanent address log. The personalizer and Health Check calculate results in your browser without submitting those answers to us.
Questions and choices
For questions about information you submitted, or to request correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Unsubscribing from alerts does not prevent a reply to a separate briefing request. We retain submitted information as needed to handle the request or subscription; contact us if you want it removed.
