Hoa Sen and Angelo State sign a broad MOU: where to start

Date: June 16, 2026 (signing); July 9, 2026 (source publication) Source: Hoa Sen University, university announcement Last verified: October 21, 2026

Hoa Sen University reported signing an MOU with Angelo State University on June 16 in collaboration with the Ellacy Foundation. The agreement covers exploring degree partnerships, progression pathways, student and staff exchanges and collaborative research.

Why it matters: You do not need to launch every part of a broad agreement at once. Choose one deliverable your academic staff can run, with a clear scope, budget and owner on each side. The MOU records intended cooperation; active programs and results need separate evidence.

If you're considering something similar:

  • Choose a first activity and define what completion will look like
  • Test credits and admissions for a pathway, or name investigators and a research output
  • Agree costs and a review date before expanding the partnership
